Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Call Center Agent with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, and providing excellent customer service to potential buyers, tenants, and investors. Prior experience in a real estate environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle high volumes of incoming calls and inquiries related to property sales and rentals. Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and promote listings. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information. Qualify leads and transfer them to the appropriate sales or leasing consultants. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth communication and client follow-up. Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional calls for new projects and listings. Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and terms.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center, preferably within the real estate sector. Strong communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
