Healthline Day Surgery Center is a respected healthcare facility specializing in outpatient surgical care. We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative / Agent to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative / Agent at Healthline Day Surgery Center, your primary responsibilities will include:
Patient Communication:
Answering incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information about our services, and scheduling appointments efficiently.Patient Support:
Assisting patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions, addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally.Documentation:
Maintaining accurate and organized patient records, ensuring data integrity.Collaboration:
Working closely with healthcare providers and team members to ensure seamless patient interactions and a positive patient experience.Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Arabic and english fluency is required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-oriented approach. Ability to handle a high call volume and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred, but not required: Knowledge of medical terminology and previous call center or customer service experience.
