Preferably for Ladies Experience:
- Minimum one-year experience in Customer service or tele-sales
- Proven experience in property management or real estate.
- Demonstrable ability to negotiate,
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Negotiating with Real Estate Agents and Brokers on behalf of clients
- Assisting clients in preparing legal documents
- Presenting profitable property proposals to clients
- Securing a fruitful relationship with clients and consulting deals
- Recommending investment properties to clients
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
