Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesperson who is fluent in either English or Arabic and possesses basic computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients, customization options, and pricing. Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain an organized and clean sales area, ensuring displays are well-stocked and attractively arranged. Handle customer complaints and issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude. Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfill special orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Use basic computer skills to manage orders, track inventory, and update customer records.

Requirements:

Fluency in English or Arabic is a must. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping customers. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.
