Bake a variety of cakes, cupcakes, and desserts following standard recipes
Decorate cakes using buttercream, fondant, piping, airbrushing, and other techniques
Create custom designs based on client requests and current market trends
Ensure all products meet high standards of taste, quality, and appearance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and decorating areas
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for ingredients and supplies
Follow all UAE food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cake Decorator or Pastry Chef
Strong decorating skills with a creative and artistic approach
Knowledge of local and international cake trends
Ability to handle multiple orders and work under time pressure
Good communication skills and team spirit
Basic English (Arabic is a plus)
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
