Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Cake Designer to join our team at IIQAF. As a Cake Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and delicious cakes for various events and occasions. From conceptualization to execution, you will use your artistic abilities and culinary skills to wow our clients and students alike.

- Design and create cakes for various events and occasions, such as graduation ceremonies, corporate events, and social celebrations.
- Understand and interpret clients\' needs and preferences and translate them into unique cake designs.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the cake design is aligned with the flavor and taste of the cake.
- Oversee the complete cake-making process, from preparing the ingredients to decorating the final product.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Assist in the development and update of the cake menu, incorporating new trends and flavors.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cake designing, preferably in a high-end bakery or pastry shop.
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or pastry and baking arts.
- Strong artistic skills and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in various cake decorating techniques, such as piping, sculpting, and sugar art.
- Proficiency in working with various frosting and fondant.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
