Job Description
As a cake chef you will be responsible for preparing daily orders for cream cake(mini, customized cream ). You should have a passion for food and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a team. Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, cupcake, etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.
- Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations.
- Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
- Confident culinary techniques and skills.
- Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
- 3 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.
- cares about his personal hygiene.
