We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Cake Artist to join our team. The Cake Artist will be responsible for designing and decorating cakes for a variety of occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and other special events. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cake decorating, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, design, and decorate cakes according to customer requests
- Mix and prepare cake batters and icings
- Use various decorating techniques to create intricate designs and patterns on cakes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date with the latest cake decorating trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cake Artist or similar role
- Strong artistic and creative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and tools
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Certificate or degree in pastry arts or a related field is preferred
