1. Responsible for Cainiao Global Express Network overall development in middle east, GCC countries, including strategy design, roadmap definition, 3PL management, operation management, fulfillment management and reverse logistics management. 2. Lead the 3PL and 4PL network development, drive overall operations from arrival till final deliveries, reviewing, developing and measuring key metrics for the operation and oversee strategic vendor and partnership management (in-house and outsource service provider) 3. Build up COD capabilities and reverse logistics solution. 4. Extended scope to build up supply chain solution and logistics automation solution offering in Middle East/GCC 5. Provide thought leadership and catalysed action around solution processes, methodology, and tools, programs, business cadence and reporting 6. Drive efficiencies and global focus across complex and matrixed operations and solution teams across the organizations 7. Team building and coaching
1. 8+ years of experience in a Senior Management role all of which has been gained from the logistics, transport or supply chain industry 2. University degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Master degree preferred 3. Commercial/key account management experience with strong sense of business acumen 4. Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail and operational excellence 5. Demonstrated track record to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and trust at all levels 6. Experience in operations management, including 3PL supplier management and leading multi-site or international warehousing and supply chain operations 7. Proven ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment with strong presentation, facilitation skills and excellent organizational and time management skill 8. Language capability \xe2\x80\x93 Fluent in English and bilingual in Mandarin would be a plus 8. Base in Middle East - Dubai or GCC countries
