Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CAFM/CMMS Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for providing planning and scheduling support for all maintenance activities. This position is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and manages all preventative maintenance schedules and asset data in the CMMS..

What You\'ll Be Doing:

• Develop, Support & Maintain CAFM system, Dashboard, Workflows, Reports, API interfacing and Integration of IOT devices in cloud-based platforms.
• Verify and validate the development of software, its programming and interfacing as per the requirement and suggest any changes for improvement and upgrades.
• Provide training of different level to staff as per their role and requirement on utilization of CAFM system and technology.
• Introducing innovation and continues improvement across all clients for CAFM system and its uses.
• Support the Facilities Manager with external contacts as needed for digital transformation.
• Coordinate with all internal departments, external vendors for developing, execution and closeout of project.
• Provide technical supervision to on-site team and suppliers where required to ensure project is implemented successfully.
• Ensure CAFM Asset Lists and Planned Maintenance Schedules are up to date.
• Ensure CAFM PMS compliance is fully adhered to by service providers.
• Ensure effective levels of communication and coordination on FM projects.
• Conduct weekly meetings with contractor and service providers and follow up on pending tasks.
• Monitors and supports PMC inspection teams on planned and reactive maintenance works for compliance against contract requirements.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Previous experience in Quality Management Inspection & Audits in O&M services is preferred.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
• Requires knowledge of the application of Infrastructure utilities operations & maintenance.
• Experience in delivering SLA\'s & KPI\'s via CAFM system, preferably FSI and exposure to performance management contracts in FM.

What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:

• Graduate/ bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree would be preferred, with minimum 6-7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in utilization of CAFM/CMMS/FSI Concept Evolution/ Workflow Pro/ FSIGO Mobility platforms related to O&M, Facility management works.
• .net, C#, JavaScript, Visual Basic, SQL. Android Development knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in Systems Integrations & Microsoft Suite (including Azure, Dataverse, PowerBI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online).
• Reporting Skills and Data Analytics.
• Meeting deadlines & ensuring delivery of projects under pressure
