Job Description

Job Purpose:




Performs general administration and upkeeping of the CAFM System including user training & document development.






Key Responsibilities:




Support the overall administration of CAFM System. Supports in generation of Reports and facilitate distribution with requestor Assists in Training Helpdesk Operators and other users. Perform creation and unlocking of CAFM accounts Support in recording CAFM license subscriptions, ensure accurate recording of license issued to end user. Report CAFM System issues to vendor or relevant IT Department. Coordinate CAFM System function changes to Helpdesk & End users Execute Asset Coding following Engie's standard Asset Attributes Support Operations Team in developing a balanced PPM Plan using SFG20, ASHRAE, NFPA, OEM or client specific standards. Supports in General Data processing/upload Assist in issuing PPM Work Orders to Operations & Sub-contractors Immediately report system anomalies observed to Line Managers Support in installation of Mobile App & troubleshooting support. Document, Implement and ensure user compliance to CAFM policy Liaise with the CAFM provider and Client, and oversee progress of systems integration Support in training end-users (Front-end/ App)

Qualifications:



Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience


Other Requirements:



Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook Technology savvy, with interest in IT & Systems operations.

Knowledge of any programming language highly desirable.
