Cafeteria Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of cafeteria operations, including food production, preparation, serving, and cleanup to ensure smooth daily functioning. Manage kitchen staff and food service team members, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold food safety standards and operational excellence. Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels to prevent shortages or waste. Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all food handling activities. Coordinate shift schedules, monitor performance, and motivate team members to achieve high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a cafeteria supervisor. Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in food service management or kitchen management roles. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and dietary requirements. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and shift management. Familiarity with restaurant experience, catering operations, or banquet services is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication and problem-solving capabilities. Flexible to work in weekends and holidays.

Benefits:

Salary- AED 1800- 2500 Visa will be provided by the company. Accommodation and transportation by company. Food will be provide while on duty.
