Cafe Supervisor
Job Description
Manage all aspects of café operations, including scheduling shifts, menu engineering, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Implement strategies to minimize wastage and maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Train and supervise café staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.
Oversee the setup and launch of the new booth, ensuring smooth operations from day one.
Monitor and analyze café performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth and profitability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing a café concept, including scheduling shifts, menu engineering, inventory management, and customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with ease.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be locally available in Kuwait.
