Key Responsibilities
Complete opening and closing tasks including setup, cleaning, and securing equipment.
Prepare coffee beverages and simple food items.
Take guest orders, enter them into MICROS, and collect payments.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, tables, and equipment.
Restock supplies and ensure appliances are properly switched on and off.
Bus tables and support smooth cafe flow throughout the day.
Count and reconcile the cash bank at the end of shift and complete cashier reports.
Follow safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
Ideal Profile
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift.
Basic customer service skills.
