Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a polite and timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring correct presentation
- Provide detailed knowledge of the menu and daily specials
- Attend to customer needs and ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly escalate when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and workstations throughout service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times
