Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
Take and prepare orders for food and beverages
Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming cafe environment and presentation standards
Restock supplies and assist with daily opening/closing duties
Requirements:
Passionate about customer service and coffee culture
Energetic, reliable, and a team player
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and multitask
