Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As a Cafe Chef at Hollywood Ice Creams, you will:



Prepare and serve

waffles, pancakes, ice cakes, and other desserts

Handle

ice creams, sundaes, and creative dessert plating

Operate

coffee machines and make espresso-based drinks

Maintain

kitchen and cafe hygiene standards

Ensure

food quality, taste, and presentation consistency

Assist in

inventory and stock management for ingredients

Suggest

new menu items or dessert specials


Skills & Knowledge Required

Experience in making

breakfast items like waffles, pancakes, and crepes

Knowledge of

dessert preparation

: ice creams, cakes, parfaits, etc. Barista skills: coffee brewing, latte art, espresso machines

Food safety and hygiene awareness

Ability to work

under pressure during peak hours

Creativity in

dessert plating and beverage presentation


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
