**Core Duties**

• Maintain fresh food counter standards throughout the day using hygiene and checklist protocols
• Prepare products for customers with attention to presentation and food safety
• Monitor equipment, report faults, and ensure clean-as-you-go practices are followed
• Promote and upsell cafe offerings including take-away and seasonal product orders
• Educate customers about M&S F and B items including nutritional value and unique selling points
• Track stock levels, manage waste logs, and ensure proper product rotation and replenishment
• Assist with stock counts and bi-weekly inventory accuracy
• Uphold all food safety, ticketing, cold chain, and health compliance procedures

**Candidate Requirements**

• High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
• 4-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably retail-based
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• F and B hygiene certification required
• Physically fit; must be able to stand for long hours and handle stock movement
• Energetic, team-oriented, and attentive to cleanliness and safety protocols
