Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Engaging Training:

Conduct hands-on training sessions on software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit Architecture, Sketchup, V-Ray, Corona, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo & Lumion) through practical and engaging methodologies.

Provide Expert Mentorship:

Guide and mentor students to develop a strong understanding of architectural visualization concepts and techniques.

Demonstrate Real-World Applications:

Showcase your visualization experience through live demonstrations to enhance the learning process and provide practical context.

Foster Problem-Solving Skills:

Support students in tackling design challenges, encouraging innovative and critical thinking.

Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:

Continuously update your knowledge of the latest architectural trends and integrate new advancements into the training curriculum.

Collaborate for Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with the training team to refine course content and optimize strategies for student success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. ?

For Experienced Candidates:

Proven proficiency in

AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit Architecture, Sketchup, V-Ray, Corona, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo & Lumion.

For Fresh Graduates:

Strong foundational knowledge and a demonstrable portfolio showcasing skills in

some or all

of the listed software. A strong willingness and aptitude to learn the remaining software is essential. ? Solid foundation in civil engineering principles, CAD drafting, and 3D modeling techniques. ? Exceptional communication and teaching abilities, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring. ? Prior teaching or training experience is considered a valuable asset. ? Professional certifications in relevant CADD software are highly desirable.
