Job specification 1. Expertise / Occupational Qualification / Special Knowledge - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture or Engineering - 4-7 Years work experience in the construction Industry - Experience in REVIT software (Architectural/MEP) - Good knowledge of Mathematics, Science, Engineering and Architecture - Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Well-developed drafting skills - Strong technical understanding - Commercial understanding - Adhering to regulations - Fluent in English - Meeting targets and deadlines 2. People Skills - Team player - (Self-) Organized working character - Service oriented and efficient working manner - Eloquent verbal and written communication - Ability to work under pressure Task Description:

- Meet with architects, designers and engineers to discuss design ideas
- Develop product design from scratch
- present rough design drafts for client approval
- support estimation department during tender stage with quantity take - offs and price request
- ensure product designs meet required safety and structural standarads
- generate solid and surface CAD models using autocad software (2D/3D)
- working in revit models, if required for specific projects
- blend technique and aesthetics to create final designs
- present various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations
- finalize autocad models
- present models to clients
- document control
- complete job reports
