3+ years of GCC project experience

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
structural drawings
, including plans, sections, elevations, and layouts for
high-rise building projects
.
Develop
reinforcement detailing
, structural framing plans, and
shop drawings
as per project requirements.
Coordinate closely with
structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines
to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
Modify and update drawings based on
engineering instructions, RFIs, and site requirements
.
Ensure all drawings comply with
UAE codes, standards
, and company drafting guidelines.
Maintain proper
document control and file management
while adhering to project timelines.
Review drawings for
accuracy, clarity, and completeness
before submission.
Support the project team during
design reviews and site queries
.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering
or a related field.
Minimum
4+ years of UAE experience
as a
Structural Draftsman
.
Strong experience in
high-rise building projects
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
(
Revit knowledge is an added advantage
).
Excellent knowledge of
structural detailing (concrete & steel)
.
Ability to read and interpret
engineering drawings and specifications
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good
communication and coordination
skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
