We are looking for a CAD Plumbing Draftsman with experience in preparing plumbing shop drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate should be familiar with UAE standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare plumbing shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate drawings with other MEP and architectural disciplines.
Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local authority standards.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Civil drafting or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in plumbing drafting (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewer, stormwater).
Familiar with UAE codes and standards (DEWA/ADDC/DM preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
