Role: CAD Operator
Qualification ITI or Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
Advanced knowledge and Well familiarity with the following software\xe2\x80\x99s.
Duties and Responsibilities

Advanced knowledge and Well familiarity with the following software\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Auto CAD latest version
- 3d Max/ Sketch up
- Adobe Photos shop
- Adobe PDF Editor
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Outlook, Internet and emailing
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing design and drafting for construction processes.
- Reviewing Consultant Design Drawings and Contractor Shop drawings with aid of the AutoCAD.
- Preparing Drive Thru concept sketches 2d and 3d for new stores
- Ability to understand and upload/download Major malls online portals like MAF, Emaar, Vindico, Al Futtaim etc..
- Modifying existing Unigraphics models and drawings to change notice requirements.
- Ability to conduct Site survey and make survey/as built drawings.
- Supporting all design and execution phases of capital projects, and ongoing initiatives
- Updating and upgrading various types of facility and technical drawings like LOD, As Built and Survey dwg.
- Creating and updating layout plans and detail drawings (Interior, Arch, civil & MEP dwg).
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Organized and maintained technical drawing inventory and records
- Making Bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Take-off of the needed material at site for the procurement.
- Site inspection and material inspection requests.
- Attending RFI, EI & CVI to clear details in drawing & specification from Contractor & Brands.
- Material submittal and method statement to the Landlord.
- Variations\xe2\x80\x99 orders of the project for Brand and Local Suppliers.
- As built drawings and maintenance and operation manuals for future reference.
- Oversee project procurement management
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Project Managers in perspectives of making BoQ, ordering, procurement etc..
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
