Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Interior Fit-Out Draftsman

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and construction documents for interior fit-out projects, including residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

accurate and detailed CAD drawings

for interior fit-out and joinery works based on design intent and project requirements. Prepare

shop drawings, detailed sections, elevations, and joinery details

as required. Coordinate closely with

interior designers, architects, project managers, and site teams

to ensure drawings are aligned with design and construction requirements. Modify and revise drawings based on

client feedback, design changes, or site conditions

. Ensure all drawings are in compliance with

industry standards, local regulations, and company guidelines

. Maintain drawing logs and ensure timely delivery of required documentation. Conduct site visits (as needed) to verify measurements and resolve drawing discrepancies. Support procurement by providing

material take-offs and measurements

from drawings. Maintain an organized and updated

drawing database and backup files

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field

. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in interior fit-out or joinery drafting. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and other relevant software (SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop is a plus). Strong knowledge of

interior detailing, joinery, false ceilings, partitions, and finishes

. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Attention to detail with excellent

time management and organizational skills

. Good communication and

team collaboration

abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects

. Knowledge of

MEP coordination for interior works

. Familiarity with

local building codes and authority requirements

. Experience working with

design & build or turnkey contractors

.

Salary:

AED 4000.00 to AED 4500.00
