JOB DESCRIPITION
Overview
Responsible for preparing accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, and technical details for interior fit?out, joinery, furniture, and finishing works, ensuring alignment with design intent and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models/visuals when required.
Produce shop drawings for fit?out, carpentry, gypsum, and furniture works.
Update drawings based on revisions and site conditions.
Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and site teams.
Ensure drawing accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
Maintain drawing files, revisions, and registers.
Conduct site visits for measurements and drawing updates.
Skills & Competencies
Strong AutoCAD skills; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit/3ds Max is a plus.
Good understanding of interior fit?out and joinery details.
Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of CAD drafting experience in interior fit?out or joinery.
Experience in residential/commercial/hospitality projects preferred.
UAE experience required.
Salary
AED 2,000 - 3,000
