GRAVITY EVENTS is a premier events management company specializing in creative event experiences, luxury brand activations, and standout exhibition booths. We are seeking a talented

freelance stand designer

to collaborate on upcoming events and exhibitions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a

creative, skilled stand designer

who is proficient in CAD software and has experience designing exhibition stands or event setups. Selected freelancers will submit designs, and upon approval, we will execute the project with payment based on a

commission or per-project basis

.

Key Responsibilities:

Create innovative and visually appealing stand/exhibition designs using

CAD software

(AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar). Develop concept designs, 3D renderings, and technical drawings for client approval. Collaborate with the event team to ensure designs meet brand standards and event requirements. Revise designs based on feedback from the client or internal team. Ensure designs are practical and feasible for construction within budget and timeline.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

exhibition stand design, event design, or interior/architectural design

. Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

CAD Software Proficiency:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Rhino.

3D Rendering & Visualization:

Ability to create realistic 3D models and renders.

Graphic Design Basics:

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW for presentations.

Technical Drawing & Drafting:

Floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.

Material Knowledge:

Understanding of construction materials, finishes, and fabrication processes.

Lighting & Display Design:

Awareness of lighting placement and visual impact for stands.

Space Planning & Ergonomics:

Designing layouts that optimize flow and visitor experience.

Payment Structure:

This is a

freelance, commission-based opportunity

. Designers will be

paid per approved design

or agreed project commission after the stand is executed. Opportunity for ongoing collaboration on future events.
