CAD Designer - Automotive (Organic & Mechanical Components)

Location: Dubai, UAE - Al Quoz 4

Key Responsibilities

Design organic automotive components (interiors, trims, airboxes, aesthetic panels) and mechanical parts (brackets, manifolds, housings, structural components). Develop 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings in Fusion 360. Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure designs are ready for manufacturing. Adapt designs for different manufacturing methods: CNC machining (metal & plastic components) 3D printing (rapid prototyping & functional parts) Sheet metal (bending, forming, fabrication) Participate in design reviews and iterate based on testing and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Fusion 360 (mandatory). Experience with other CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.) is a bonus. Strong understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) principles. Knowledge of CNC, additive manufacturing (3D printing), and sheet metal fabrication. Proven automotive design experience (organic + mechanical). Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready designs.
