Job Description

Report to Manufacturing supervisor / Project Lead Engineer. Routine Jobs and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Carry out the design drawings as per consultant / client requirements.

• Review & obtain approval (internal) with concerned personnel to ensure design requirement and met.

• Coordinate with engineers / staff concerned and site supervisors and carry out changes during execution where required, upon approval from client / consultant as needed.

• Preparation and print of IFC (issued for construction) drawings and explain the assembly needs to assigned technicians.

• Gather all approvals for the IFC drawings from respective team members.

• Preparation of As Built drawings upon completion of projects / assembly.

• Maintain all drawings properly and keep proper backups for all soft copies.

• Inform supervisor if observe any colleague (or co-worker from subcontract team) NOT following safety practice

• Checking IFC drawings before starting panel assembly

• Taking safety precautions in workshop/site

• Log, tools/measuring Instruments taken to site return measuring instruments

• Return of Surplus/balance material to workshop and inform supervisor to update stock

• Stock item materials with proper identification and traceability

• Ensure cleanliness of workplace.

• Check the Routine cleaning in workshop by technicians (as per duty roster). This is a shared task along with Manufacturing Supervisor.

• Routine:

• Attend the projects / service calls immediately and rectify the problems

• Carryout regular drawing works as planned and update the records

• Carryout document updates / markups as planned and update the records

• Clarify (if any) doubts on drawing when assembly technician or colleagues ask.

• Make sure the required tools & equipment\xe2\x80\x99s are available and inform stores in-charge, where required

• To carryout assigned duties as per ISO 9001 procedures

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• AutoCAD 2D: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
