About Us:

We're an established fine jewelry brand focused on custom-made and personalized luxury pieces apart of the Shantilal Group established in 1969. Our dynamic team works closely with clients and crafts each piece with detail and care. We're now looking for a versatile team member who can support our design pipeline and also manage digital customer touchpoints.

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role for someone who is passionate about jewelry design and also comfortable with basic sales support and digital communication. You'll help prepare CADs/renders, assist the senior designer, and also handle online orders, WhatsApp messages, and light social media tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Design & CAD

Create CAD models (rings, pendants, bangles, etc.) Make adjustments based on client feedback Prepare high-quality renders for client previews Organize and archive designs

Online Sales Support

Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram messages professionally Share renders, pricing, and product info with customers Process and track online orders Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery updates

Digital Tasks

Handle simple tasks on Shopify backend Update product info if needed Assist with Canva designs for stories/posts Schedule content or assist in Instagram coordination

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2-5 years of CAD experience in jewelry (Rhino/Matrix/ZBrush/Blender) adequate rendering skills (Keyshot/V-Ray/etc.) Good written English and WhatsApp etiquette Familiar with Shopify (basic level) or willing to learn fast Can multitask and manage time independently Interest in fine jewelry and custom work Positive, can-do attitude and team player
