Cad/ Bim Technician
Job Description
The CAD/BIM Technician will be working under the supervision of the CAD Manager, and alongside the Interior Designers, and will play an active part in preparing the detailed drawing package and documentation for submissions to clients and to other consultants.
CORE TASKS
Develops detailed documentation drawing packages from" concept schematic, to detailed design s age. '
oMeets projects deliverables and deadlines.
Assist in reviewing contractors' shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and specs.
oCoordinates with designers concepts and clients briefs.
oMeets with consultants (MEP, Lighting, Kitchen suppliers, and others) alongside the designer handling the project to help finalize all related technical points for the project if required.
A minimum of 5 years work of experience in middle east.
Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/ in Architecture or relevant
Software skills: Revit and AutoCAD and design related programs (Microsoft, SketchUp, etc..)
Coding and annotating drawings according to all specifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
