About the Job

You will oversee and guide all in-flight services, ensuring to develop the highest level of airline standards and procedures. You will support the Cabin Crew team by providing clear and consistent updates on any changes to policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are well-informed and able to maintain the highest level of service.



Other key responsibilities:


You will apply your industry expertise to formulate and establish Cabin Crew inflight services standards in line with the department objectives to ensure the highest quality of inflight services to all premium & economy customers. You will ensure that all changes in policies, standards, and procedures are swiftly and effectively communicated to the Cabin Crew population. You will actively monitor industry trends and conduct regular audits of current procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and best practices. You will regularly collaborate with various departments to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained consistently. You will manage the team of Standards and Procedures Specialists and Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. You will implement and ensure annual department KPIs are met, and perform other department duties as required.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Cabin Services Team.


You should have at minimum a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of job-related experience. You must have at least 5 years of proven Managerial or Supervisory experience leading a team of direct reports. You should have established working relationships with partner departments in designing customer-focused inflight service standards. Candidates with prior experience in overseeing inflight service design or the standards and procedures department within an international airline are preferred.
