About the Role

Latinum HR is hiring a

professional and experienced Cabin Crew Member

to provide exceptional in-flight service on a

private chartered jet for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs)

. This role requires the highest standards of luxury hospitality, discretion, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver premium, personalized service to UHNWI passengers at all times. Manage all aspects of in-flight hospitality, including fine dining, premium beverages, and VIP guest preferences. Ensure passenger safety and compliance with aviation regulations. Conduct thorough pre-flight checks, including cabin readiness and safety equipment. Coordinate with pilots and ground staff to ensure seamless operations. Maintain detailed knowledge of guest preferences to provide a tailored experience. Handle sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and discretion. Assist with luggage, seating, and other VIP requests. Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and etiquette.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years' experience as Cabin Crew

, preferably with VIP/Private Jet or First-Class Commercial Airlines. Strong background in

luxury hospitality

and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a discreet, world-class experience. Knowledge of fine dining, wines, and luxury service etiquette. Valid Cabin Crew license/certifications (GCAA/EASA/FAA accepted). Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage). Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai, UAE. Flexible with travel schedules and on-call requirements.
