The Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager leads the development and implementation of Corporate Affairs and Communications strategies in Morocco and West Africa markets (Guinea, Cameroon, etc.), to generate continued value for the Company by improving the business operating environment and removing barriers to sustainable growth.

WHAT WILL YOU DO... Understand and monitor the Company's operating environment in Morocco and West Africa markets to be able to identify business threats and opportunities (build anticipation capability). Define and execute the Corporate Affairs and Communications strategies to mitigate threats and seize opportunities Build and engage a solid network of stakeholders to support Corporate Affairs strategies Develop and implement 1) external and 2) internal communication strategies and plans to build 1) a strong corporate equity among decision makers and 2) enhance employees' commitment Develop and implement relevant community investment projects Build communication capability of associates within the Company Contribute to the development of the Annual Business Plan and the overall Strategic Business Plan

YOU HAVE... 10+ years professional experience in the private and/or the public sector working in positions where you had to influence and persuade stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Excellent knowledge of the operating environments of West Africa markets with a proven track record of successful advocacies related to regulation and/or taxation in these countries. Strong network of stakeholders in key markets of West Africa such as Guinea and Cameroon. Ability to build and manage constructive relationships and to engage with stakeholders at all levels (history of engaging with policymakers + other stakeholders and evidence of success in managing challenges in West Africa). A solid business acumen and understanding of tax and regulatory issues and how they affect the business. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deliver presentations, talking points, position papers, etc. University Degree in Business Administration, Commercial/Sales Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Political Sciences or other areas. We are open to different backgrounds. Good command of Business English. Excellent writing and speaking skills in Arabic & French.
