Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to plan and execute purchase orders.
- Contact all suppliers and follow up all direct materials purchase orders, effectively ensure all orders meets due dates and quantities as required.
- Analyze and understanding the requirements to meets and complies with inventory of stock required and shelf-life dates to achieve supply chain planning requirements.
- Prepare, report, and communicate inventory measurement and manage metrics to track overall success and effectiveness on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Communicate with management, finance, warehouse and manufacturing operations functions within the organization to ensure all department requirements are met in a timely manner according to the master schedule.
- Participate in continual process improvement focusing on supply chain.
- Have a background with custom and Ministry of health regulations related to importation of Pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business discipline.
- 1-3 years Operational experience in pharmaceutical facility, preferred in Supply Chain/ Manufacturing.
- Essential knowledge of GMP & EHS related to site operations.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Very Good in Data Analysis / Professional in Microsoft office.
- SAP / Rapid Response Knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to negotiate, handle multi-stakeholders, and act independently .
- Continuous improvement knowledge is preferred.
