As part of our continued global expansion, REPA Middle East, fully operational from Autumn, will serve as our regional hub with a fulfillment center and offices. This new branch will play a key strategic role in leading our commercial development across the Middle East and neighboring regions.
We're seeking for a motivated
Buyer - MRP Controller
to strengthen the development of the Procurement Department and the growth of the Company. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role by promoting the organizational changes and the integration of operational systems within the Group, working in collaboration with sales and operations.
Key responsibilities:
Managing and optimizing MRP parameters in Epicor
Maintaining and updating forecasts in MRP
Create, control and issue purchase orders for the assigned perimeter
Monitoring of issued orders and availability of components, order confirmations, reminders, up to delivery
Definition of recovery plans with assigned suppliers in the presence of impacting or recurring issues
Monitoring of stock levels for the assigned perimeter
Evaluation of partial or excess deliveries
Collaboration with Strategic Purchasing for price list management and implementation of agreed conditions
Internal escalation for specific emerging issues
Supporting for data on assigned suppliers and delivery performance
Management and monitoring delivery times in coordination with the Logistics Department
Management of reporting based on existing and future company templates
Management of appropriate documentation in its area of influence
Support in the management and implementation of specific projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in technical field (engineering, economics)
At least 5 years of professional experience as a buyer and/or in the management of advanced purchasing processes
Excellent command of MS Office and of the main Excel functions (pivot, Vlookup, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken English (Level C1)
Experience in the use of ERP Epicor is a plus
Dynamic, positive and proactive attitude
Ability to take initiative, curiosity, passion, flexibility
Knowledge of the spare parts business for commercial kitchen, refrigeration, vending or coffee technology sector is considered an advantage
