Job Description

Trend Awareness (Modest Fashion-Specific)



Deep understanding of modest fashion trends across regions (e.g., KSA, UAE, KWT differences in trends and buying patterns) Ability to forecast seasonal trends (Ramadan/Eid collections, layering styles, etc.) Familiarity with key modestwear designers and influencers Understanding customer buying behavior in modest wear

Cultural & Religious Sensitivity



Awareness of Islamic dress codes and other religious/cultural modesty guidelines Ability to select items that respect diverse customer preferences and sensitivities

Data Analysis & Sales Forecasting



Very strong Excel skills Analyzing past sales data to identify bestsellers and missed opportunities Being aware and working towards established targets Working with the planning team to help with forecasting and shaping department growth Understanding of basic KPIs: Margin, Sell thru, Cover etc

Range Plan



Identifying Ranges and Capsules based on the learnings and future trends Core and best sellers grading, Never out of stock styles etc Managing Range Plans Sheets Managing OTB

E-commerce experience



Understanding of basic reporting matrix such as views or conversion, search keywords etc
