Place weekly orders with suppliers in compliance with the company's internal policies. Coordinate with vendors regarding product pricing, availability, delivery, and quality. Monitor the reception of products and their dispatch to stores, checking for discrepancies with concerned suppliers. Prepare stock and sales reports for relevant departments and suppliers. Gather price information and request orders from the Cataloging Department to create a portfolio of new suppliers or products in the system. Coordinate with the Marketing Department on quarterly catalogues and new product launches. Communicate with vendors and other product representatives. Specific for Music, Video, Books, Daxar: Keep abreast of market trends and new products, suggest updates to items continuously, and procure new ones. Specific for Music, Video, Books, Daxar: Conduct sales of video and music products at the regional level by collecting store orders, forwarding them to the Product Manager, and coordinating shipments. Specific for Music, Video, Books, Daxar: Organize and maintain purchasing archives by entering information into the system and sending requests to suppliers. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent technical degree (TS). Seniority level
