Job Description
:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Buyer / Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in purchasing for eCommerce, with strong knowledge of products, supplier markets, and negotiation tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for various product categories
Handle procurement of goods at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines
Monitor stock levels and forecast future product needs
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs
Ensure timely order processing and supplier follow-up
Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing
Maintain purchase records and reports
Key Skills Required:
Strong product knowledge across various eCommerce categories
Vendor sourcing and negotiation skills
Good understanding of purchase cycles and supply chain operations
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
