The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to the employer and household, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a prestigious industry.Key Responsibilities:Providing personalized and anticipatory service to meet the needs and preferences of the employer and household members.
Overseeing and coordinating household operations, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and maintenance.
Managing household staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficiency and professionalism in their duties.
Planning and executing formal and informal events, including dinner parties, receptions, and other gatherings.
Welcoming guests and ensuring their comfort during their stay, including arranging accommodations and providing exceptional service.
Handling special requests, such as arranging transportation, reservations, and appointments, with discretion and attention to detail.
Managing household budgets, expenses, and inventories, and maintaining financial records.
Ensuring the security and safety of the residence, including implementing security protocols and monitoring access.
Upholding high standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to travel as needed with the employer.
