Key Responsibilities

Deliver impeccable formal service at meals, events, receptions, and official functions. Manage table settings, silver service, wine presentation, and dining etiquette to royal standards. Supervise junior staff (footmen, valets, housekeepers) and ensure proper training and discipline. Maintain inventories of household silverware, china, glassware, and linens. Greet and attend to guests, VIPs, and visitors with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate wardrobe management and care, liaising with valets and dressers as needed. Assist with packing and travel arrangements for the principals. Uphold confidentiality and privacy at all times. Liaise with chefs, chauffeurs, housekeepers, and security staff to ensure smooth household operations. Organize and support formal occasions, state events, or private functions both in residence and when traveling.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in a formal private household or similar luxury service environment. Knowledge of formal etiquette, service protocol, and household management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Discretion, loyalty, and the highest standard of personal conduct. Understanding of wines, spirits, and fine dining service. Physically fit, with the ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays. Clean driver's license and background check required.
