Job Description
We are seeking a professional, attentive, and highly organised Butler to provide personalised guest services . The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a warm and polished manner, and a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised, discreet, and anticipatory service to VIP and long-stay guests Manage guest requests from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience Coordinate luggage handling, room preparation, amenities, and special arrangements Provide in-room services including unpacking/packing, garment pressing, and shoe care Communicate guest preferences to relevant hotel departments and ensure consistent service delivery Arrange dining, transportation, tours, and special events as required Maintain professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of etiquette and confidentiality Support Front Office and Guest Relations teams as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private household service, or a similar VIP guest-facing role Exceptional communication skills and immaculate personal presentation Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure A proactive, intuitive service mindset Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Knowledge of etiquette, fine dining, and luxury service standards (training may be provided for the right candidate) Ability to maintain discretion and uphold guest confidentiality at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
