We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler to join our esteemed team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. As a Butler in our luxury establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to our discerning guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with the utmost attention to detail and discretion
Manage guest requests efficiently, including packing/unpacking, laundry services, and personal shopping
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain an organized and immaculate environment in guest suites and common areas
Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as required
Assist with event planning and execution for private functions
Handle guest correspondence and manage schedules as needed
Ensure all service standards are met and exceeded consistently
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and luxurious guest experience
Adapt to changing situations and guest needs with flexibility and professionalism
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs
Proficiency in etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making capabilities
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Basic computer skills for guest correspondence and record-keeping
* Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
