About the Role:

An influential business family based on Palm Jumeirah is seeking a highly experienced

Butler/Operations Manager

to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of their private villa. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury hospitality or multi-outlet restaurant management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of both front and back of house operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all villa operations including

kitchen, housekeeping, security, transport, guest relations, and other support departments

. Supervise and coordinate the work of

30+ staff members

, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and excellence in service delivery. Work closely with department heads of each function within the property, providing leadership, training, and support. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and quick resolution of any operational issues. Oversee guest management, ensuring VIP protocols and personalized service standards are maintained at all times. Manage logistics, scheduling, and coordination of household activities, events, and services. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work. Report directly to the

Head of Operations

and provide regular updates on staff performance, property management, and operational efficiencies. Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance across all areas of the property.

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience

in luxury hospitality, villa/estate management, or managing multiple restaurants. Proven experience managing

large teams (30+ staff)

across diverse functions. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and guest service orientation. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor. Flexibility to work

6 days a week

with rotational weekly off. Must be willing to

live-in

at the villa (single accommodation provided). Experience in working with high-profile or UHNW families is highly desirable.
