Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional

Private Flying Butler

to provide bespoke service to a confidential High Net-Worth Celebrity Client. The Butler will accompany the client on all international and domestic travels, ensuring seamless personal service, discretion, and comfort at all times. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, luxury hospitality experience, and the ability to anticipate the client's needs while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel extensively with the client across international destinations (private jet, yachts, and luxury residences). Provide

personalized butler service

, including wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, meal/beverage service, and event coordination. Liaise with private jet crew, yacht staff, chauffeurs, and household teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle logistics for luxury accommodations, fine dining, and entertainment arrangements. Maintain

utmost discretion and confidentiality

regarding the client's personal and professional life. Anticipate and fulfill the client's preferences with

proactivity and precision

. Manage VIP guest reception, protocol, and high-standard etiquette. Ensure all personal belongings, documents, and valuables are securely handled during travel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a

Butler, Private Concierge, or Luxury Hospitality Professional

with UHNW or celebrity clients. Strong knowledge of

international etiquette, fine dining service, and luxury lifestyle management

. Fluent in

English

(additional European languages preferred). High level of

discretion, integrity, and loyalty

. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to remain

calm under pressure

and handle last-minute changes. Physically fit and adaptable to long hours, frequent travel, and changing time zones. Passport ready, with flexibility to travel globally at short notice.
