Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, professional Butler to provide exceptional household management and personalized service for our private villa. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate with existing villa staff, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage household operations and coordinate villa staff activities
-Provide personalized service to family members and guests
-Oversee meal service, table settings, and dining arrangements
-Maintain household schedules, appointments, and guest accommodations
-Ensure villa cleanliness, organization, and inventory management
-Manage linen and wardrobes personally
-Handle correspondence, phone calls, and visitor reception
-Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
-Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements:
-Minimum 3-5 years of butler or high-end hospitality experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends
-Valid driver's license preferred
-References from previous employers required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Experience:
* Butler or High-end hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
