Job Description
We are looking for a professional
(Butler, Housekeeper)
able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances Provide hands-on assistance to guests and cater their needs Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience Understand the company's policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issues Prepare dining, serving meals and beverages, entertainment arrangements.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper Guest-oriented and friendly Energetic & Presentable Prioritization and time management skills Knowledge of English language High school degree or equivalent
