We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Butler cum Housekeeping to oversee the daily operations of a Diplomat's residence Villa / Villas and ensure exceptional service to VIP Delegates during their stay. The ideal candidate is discreet, organized, and service-oriented, with a strong understanding of luxury lifestyle management.
Qualification and Requirements
Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
3-5 years' experience working as a butler and senior housekeeper within a luxury hotel, resort or private household.
Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service
Formal Butler/Concierge or Hospitality training preferred
Knowledge in all Arts of Service, and a genuine passion for delivering service excellence
Advanced food /culinary knowledge - able to understand and explain menus and dishes and prepare the dining area accordingly.
Advanced housekeeping knowledge
Great attention to detail and creativity
Exceptional teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene
Adheres to and ensures team adheres to food safety policies, procedures and practices.
Impeccably well-groomed and high levels of personal hygiene
Knowledge of arranging wardrobes
