Butler - VVIP Private Estate

The client will assist with a work visa and relocation if not local
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Butler will ensure the seamless delivery of discreet, high-level personal service to the principal and their guests, while upholding royal protocols and cultural expectations. This role is integral to maintaining the refinement, order, and smooth operation of the householdu0027s daily routines, events, and formalities
QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management
• Certification from a recognised Butler School highly regarded
• Fluent in English. Additional languages highly regarded

• 3+ yearsu0027 experience working as a butler in a 5* establishment or private household
• Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service

• Knowledge in all Arts of Service, and a genuine passion for delivering service excellence
• Knows when to be present, and when to be quiet and blend into the environment.
• Advanced food /culinary knowledge - able to understand and explain menus and dishes and prepare the dining area accordingly.
• Working knowledge for operating a butleru0027s pantry.
• Caring for valuable items
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Exceptional teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene
• Maintain confidentiality and offer complete discretion.
• Impeccably well-groomed and high levels of personal hygiene.
