01Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Butchery Man to join our hypermarket team. The candidate will be responsible for meat cutting, preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring high-quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and prepare various meat products as per retail standards. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of meat products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butchery section. Inspect meat quality and report any issues to the supervisor. Assist customers with product selection and provide basic information. Follow proper safety and health regulations during meat handling. Support daily inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in butchery work (preferred). Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and customer service skills. Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting. Team player with a responsible work attitude.
