Job Description

MADO Restaurant is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Butcher

to join our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meat preparation, portioning, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of meat products used in our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, cut, trim, and portion all types of meat according to restaurant standards. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all meat products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery area at all times. Follow food safety procedures and adhere to HACCP guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs. Monitor inventory and report any shortages or quality concerns.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in a restaurant or hotel kitchen. Strong knowledge of meat cuts, techniques, and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and attention to detail. Team player with a professional and positive attitude.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
